The e-Council products suite is further expanded with new solutions that will help our Local Authorities meeting their

performance targets and promote their communities across the world. Flametree is making rapid progress in supporting Councils with all their ICT needs. ICT Plan Toolbox – Many Councils are adopting ICT Strategies, responding to government encouragement. The ICT Plan turns the strategy into an action plan. The ICT Plan Toolbox contains a seminar, an ICT Plan Management Guide, a project prioritization tool and an ICT Plan template.
A professional, participatory and well-founded ICT Plan will be ready for debate in the full Council within two or three weeks. Flametree guides the Council’s ICT Committee through the process.
e-Council Projects Database – Local Authorities manage large numbers of development projects. The new database helps Councillors at Ward level to keep track of flow of funding, delays and results. Easy to install and easy to learn. Flametree will customize the atabase for a Council or Ward and train the users.
e-Council GIS – Flametree introduces a methodology for three Geographic Information System applications for Local Authorities: Public Information Map; Revenue Collection Support; Community Development Support.
e-Council SMS Mail – Send direct mail to clients and stakeholders on payments, meetings, alerts on announcements. Very low cost and easy to install solution by Flametree. e-Council ICT Course – We announce the two-day course ICT for Local Authorities. The programme is well documented and very specific for Councils. The course is intended for: Councillors and Council staff with no or limited ICT knowledge; induction for new Council staff. An e-Learning interactive version of the course ICT for Local Authorities will be part of the package. The course will be available from 30 October 2010.
